MakeMyBiodata lets you create, preview and download a marriage biodata (matrimonial profile). It is a self-service document maker. It is not a matchmaking, matrimony-listing or dating service, and we do not introduce or verify any person.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the service. You agree to use it only for lawful, personal purposes — to create a biodata for yourself or for a family member with their consent.

Creating and previewing a biodata is free. A watermark-free download (PDF, Word and/or image) requires a one-time payment as shown at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes. We may change prices, plans or features at any time; the price shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying you also agree to Razorpay’s terms. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Depending on the plan, a paid download may include a private link to re-edit and re-download your biodata.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of all details and photos you add.
• You confirm you have the right to use any photo or information you upload.
• You must not use the service for anything false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy.
• You retain ownership of the personal details and photos you provide; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.

The MakeMyBiodata software, template designs, artwork, layouts, logos and brand are owned by ManaStudioand protected by law. On full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the biodata document you generate for your own marriage proposal. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy or commercially exploit our templates, designs or software, and you may not scrape, reverse-engineer or republish the service.

Because you can preview your biodata fully before paying, please review it carefully before purchase. If you face a genuine problem with a paid download — for example the file does not download, is corrupted, or does not match what you previewed — contact us at manastudioofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of payment. We will fix the issue or, if we cannot, issue a full refund.

Refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days. We may decline refunds for requests outside the 7-day window, or where the download was delivered as described and the request reflects a change of mind after a successful download.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using a biodata. Again, this is a biodata creation tool and not a matchmaking or dating service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManaStudio and MakeMyBiodata are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant download.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, shown by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
