Privacy Policy

MakeMyBiodata is an online tool for creating marriage biodata (matrimonial profiles). It is a product of ManaStudio. For any privacy question or request, contact us at manastudioofficial@gmail.com.

• Biodata details you enter — name, date of birth, height, education, occupation, family, astrology fields and similar information you type into the editor. While you are building, this is saved locally in your browser (autosave). It is stored on our servers only after you choose to save or purchase a download, so we can deliver your file and support you.
• Photos you upload for your biodata.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we keep only a payment reference, amount and status to confirm your order and handle refunds.
• Contact details — if you write to us or use the contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number and message you provide.
• Basic usage data — anonymous, aggregated information such as pages viewed and actions taken, used to keep the service working and improve it. We do not use this to identify you personally.

• To create, preview and deliver your biodata downloads.
• To process payments and provide order support and refunds.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To operate, secure, maintain and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

To make editing convenient, your in-progress biodata is stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. You can clear it any time from your browser settings. This data is not sent to us unless you save or purchase a download.

Payments are handled securely by Razorpay. Your payment is subject to Razorpay’s own privacy policy and terms. We never receive your full card or banking credentials.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example payment processing (Razorpay), secure cloud hosting and file storage, and email delivery — and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
• Legal authorities when required by applicable law, regulation or valid legal process.
• ManaStudio, the company that operates this product, for the purposes described in this policy.

We keep your biodata and order records only as long as needed to provide downloads, support and re-download access, and to meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see “Your rights”).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email manastudioofficial@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your data may end your ability to re-download a previously purchased biodata.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service is intended for adults (18 years or older) creating a marriage biodata for lawful, personal use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
